This hotel suits me perfectly with its excellent wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and friendly staff. On my first visit, they printed my boarding pass, which I really appreciated. I recommend enjoying the Re-Mix nights for a memorable experience. I'm coming back for a romantic escape!

Unfortunately, I encountered some cleanliness issues during my stay, with makeup stains on towels and hair in the bathroom. The $5 nightly parking fee felt unnecessary considering the area's options, and the billing process was frustrating with multiple pending charges and confusion over rates. Although I appreciated the outdoor pool, the limited variety of channels on the TV meant downtime could feel boring, and more outdoor furniture around the pool would have been nice.

This place was just a great fit for our needs visiting Phoenix with extraordinarily good value for money. The hotel shuttle was super helpful for trips to the grocery store, allowing us to cook meals during our stay. Make sure to bring your own travel spices to enhance the cooking experience.
